Although young men and women in society engage in various forms of employment to survive, due to poverty in Sri Lanka and the impact of globalization, they are compelled to face many difficulties both in education and in social life. Our force’s objective is to establish proper guidance within the education system starting from preschool, and to direct youth along the right path — for the benefit of the present generation as well as future generations.

Although there are many organizations, foundations, and institutions, people have long been accustomed to depending on aid. However, through a different approach, our force intends to empower youth to become entrepreneurs, creators of self-employment opportunities, and innovators.

As initial plans, we have outlined programs for motivation, awareness, training, provision of basic assistance, drug prevention programs for those involved in antisocial activities, the upliftment of social values, workshops on developing positive attitudes, agricultural programs, handicraft programs, inland fisheries programs, housing and sanitation projects. Furthermore, for the upliftment of the younger generation, we have also planned school equipment, clothing, and nutrition programs, as well as special programs for children with special needs.

As a Sri Lankan non-governmental, non-profit organization, our main focus is strengthening the economy enriched with social values through the youth generation, and advocating for children’s rights.

Having been engaged in social service work for many years, we now look forward to joining hands with the international community and seeking the contribution of global donors.
